Mikala + Sean + Rizzo
When one of my closest friends' asked for photos at the new Bottleworks District (formerly the Coca Cola Bottling Company in Indianapolis) combined with a double date to follow, I was so down. But the "work"/date night turned out way more fun than I could have even predicted. After ambling around the cute little streets shooting our pre-sunset photos, we got hungry and needed to wait out the unlit twinkle lights which were to turn on soon. We snuck in the Garage Food Hall to grab some grub and while a few rain drops had us a bit nervous, luckily the rain stayed away!
When the lights flipped on and the sun began casting its piny orange glow over the North end of Mass Ave, we knew we were ready for some gorgeous photos! From the jaw-dropping background of the Living Room Theater to the Bottleworks Hotel, we captured the rest of our outdoor photos and headed inside Pins for some duckpin bowling, pinball machines and local craft beers.
Pins is a dog friendly location, thankfully for our furry companion, Rizzo, and he was spoiled with milk bone treats! The photoshoot proceeded as we captured some fun shots of the happy couple fooling around on the bowling lanes, giving Rizzo a shot at the pinball machine and acting regal on the plush couches.
I highly recommend the Bottleworks District for a super fun, laid back date night and why not bring me along to capture all the memories along the way! I'm a package deal too, as my husband was more than happy to tag along to play dog tamer extraordinaire and pack rat haha
