Christine + Ryan Gibbons

Downtown Indianapolis was bustling on Saturday, October 16, 2021 as I awaited the arrival of Ryan and Christine to begin taking video to capture their wedding day. One lap around the Soldiers and Sailors Monument produced four different wedding parties capturing images before they went to say their "I Do's" in different venues around downtown.

The sun gleamed through the soldiers arched into the tall tower in the heart of the city and shone down on the soon-to-be newlyweds in ray of metaphorical beauty. Immediately upon meeting up with Christine and Ryan they were in such uplifting moods and just so ready for whatever the day would bring.

After capturing video of the bride and groom, their families and the wedding party, I loaded up Christine and one of her bridesmaids to drive to 416 Wabash for the ceremony. The venue was this really cool, club-like atmosphere complete with disco balls, strobe lights and a floating DJ booth. For music moguls (Ryan owns his own music studio), it couldn't have been more perfect for the couple. Every detail was planned out in a mosaic of black and magenta, Christine's favorite color.

The newlyweds did such a sweet job of including Christine's daughter, Charlotte, in their big day, from making her Maid of Honor, to gifting her a necklace during the ceremony, having a first dance with Ryan and asking her permission for their union. It was so touching that they combined their families in this way and I just really enjoyed every part of it.

Christine and Ryan, I hope you adore your wedding video for years and years to come. I know Charlotte will watch and see the example of true love you have both set out for her and take note for when it's her turn to find her own prince charming.
