One in a melon
Little Eva is almost one and what better way to celebrate this monumental birthday than a photoshoot with her favorite food: watermelon! Even though it was hot as can be on a Nashville summer night, I had a blast capturing this cutie eating watermelon to her heart's content! Although - now that she's learning to walk, she didn't want to sit still for very long, but that's okay because we got some super cute waddles (read: falls) on camera too!
I've known Eva's parents, Mike and Lacy for years now and I am so happy that the two of them were finally able to get pregnant and bring the sweetest little girl into the world! They are the best parents and I just love getting to be a small part of their memory making for Eva!
You may recognize the smile under the headband as one of my cute Easter mini session subjects. But in April, instead of worrying about Eva running away - we were worried about her falling over as she was still learning to sit up by herself! It's crazy how quickly kids grow but I simply love capturing all of those special moments along the way for their families to cherish forever! Eva, you're so special and so loved and truly, one in a melon!
